The National Aviation Hall of Fame is looking for an enthusiastic, creative person to join our education team as an Innovation Lab Educator. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children and families, hands-on learning, STEM, aviation, and creating memorable educational experiences.

The Innovation Lab Educator will:

  • Facilitate hands-on aviation and STEM activities
  • Engage visitors of all ages in interactive experiments and projects
  • Encourage curiosity, creativity, and problem-solving
  • Help visitors explore the science, technology, and engineering behind flight
  • Create a welcoming, safe, and fun learning environment
  • Work across 7–8 interactive activity stations designed for family engagement

Part-Time Position: Two 4-hour shifts per week Sept-Nov (at this time)

We are interested in candidates with experience or interest in education, teaching, STEM, aviation, museums, camps, youth programs, engineering, or informal learning. Retired educators, college students, current or former teachers, STEM professionals, and aviation enthusiasts are all encouraged to apply.

Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who enjoys connecting with people and has a passion for helping kids discover something new.
