The Congressional Leadership Award honors American leaders whose extraordinary public service has strengthened our nation and significantly advanced American Aviation and Aerospace. This award series seeks to celebrate outstanding individuals of character and honor whose government service has significantly impacted our Nation’s continued global leadership in aeronautics.
