The Heritage Hall and Education Center is an interactive space designed to immerse visitors in the rich legacy of aviation while inspiring the next generation of aerospace pioneers. Located within the National Museum of the U.S. Air Force, this unique center welcomes nearly 400,000 visitors annually, offering a dynamic environment where history, education, and innovation converge.
At the heart of the HHEC is the Joe Clark Innovation Lab,{insert link to new page} a hands-on, interactive area that encourages visitors to engage with cutting-edge aviation and aerospace technology. Through immersive activities, visitors can explore the future of flight, experiment with design concepts, and tackle real-world challenges, all while developing critical problem-solving and teamwork skills.
The HHEC also features an immersive, flexible, multi-purpose theatre where we can showcase our Discovering Flight Curriculum and host an assortment of programs and special events that honor and share our nation’s aviation history.
With its blend of educational experiences and interactive exhibits, the Heritage Hall and Education Center is more than a museum—it’s a space that connects the past to the future, inspiring curiosity and innovation in all who visit.
